SHARING SESSION MARY DHANG #5: RESCHEDULING YOUTHIES.ID "THE PODCAST" RELEASE

Unfortunately, the podcasts can't be released this month. Several factors being the reasons such as personal busyness, rescheduling of recording with speakers and recording files that was corrupt and need recovery. This month, me and Ms. Dhang held a meeting on Tuesday, December 15, 2020 at 6.30 AM PH. The following are the results of the discussion and what was done in December:

• Finalize the speaker. The speaker on the podcast's first episode, “Effective Communication during a Pandemic” is Ms. Dhang's partner (Plastic Bank) from Indonesia, namely Wisaka. The selection of these sources was based on the experience of Kak Wisaka, who as a worker had a career during the pandemic.
• Podcat framework. The following is a segment of the podcast as output to be uploaded:
• Segment 1: catchy opening, introduction of Youthies.id
• Segment 2: Short introduction about Speaker
• Segment 3: main segment, discussing topics with speaker, covering several questions, sharing experiences and casual chatting
• Segment 4: Synthesis and Takeaway
• Segments 1, 2, and 4 are performed separately or recorded independently. While segment 3 is done online using the Zoom application
• Recording's execution. Recording podcast material took place on Wednesday, December 23, 2020 at 8.00 PM WITA. Media recording was using Zoom and spent for approximately 20 minutes. Before recording, we made sure the equipment used is in good condition so that the sound results are clear. I used several tools, namely clip mic, headphones and laptop.
• Logo creation. Youthies.id podcast logo still needs improvement such as color used and tagline. For sketch inspiration, see the image below. The meaning to be conveyed through the logo is a representation of adolescents who still experience many feelings and emotions that are passionate about their search for identity. Ms. Dhang gave suggestions for more colorful colors. For now, the logo has not been repaired and is still looking for a suitable tagline     

• Multimedia materials. Some of the needs related to multimedia and design to distribute this podcast are as follows
• Podcast launch requires a 1 minute Youthies.id introduction video. Points in the video include:
• What is Youthies.id?
• Why do we do this?
• Who are the people behind this?
• Where is the streaming platform?
• Call to action
• Information Poster (contains release date, speaker information, upload platform)

It seems that there are still many aspects that have not been done, namely editing podcasts, making multimedia materials, and finalizing the logo. Previously, I had discussed with Ms. Dhang for the postponement of the release and he suggested from the beginning to release it in January so that the results could be better. He also tolerates my recent activities and doesn't demand to release it sooner, as long as I provide clear information. The most likely release date is mid-January 2021 with the Anchor and Spotify platforms

Meeting with Ms. The next dhang is in the first week of January at an undetermined time.
