Sharing Session Mary Dhang #3: Project Management 'The Podcast'

 Hi peeps!

The projects that are being worked on this month, October and next November are Podcasts, Webinars, and FB groups that discuss the topic of effective communication. Several designs and planning steps have been made.

Below are the results of our discussion on Sunday, 11 October 2020 at 01.00 PM PH:

1. Target Date of Launch from three different platforms.
   
   
   
2. Target Audience is the listener or participant characters which includes four fulfillment classifications, namely demographic, psychological, geographic, and behavioral. So that it can be explained, the audience is Indonesian students, age range 17-23, high school untill undergraduated / fresh graduated, not the expertise of communication, interested in upgrading social communication, open-minded, and practicing a lot
3. Resource Needed consists of manpower, money and machineries. Manpower is an actor in activities such as MC, moderator, speaker (expertise in many communication skills), operator (in webinars / live podcat), admin (in FB group), designer, and voice editor. Money is anything that requires fees, such as internet connection, editor's fee, speaker's invoice, and premium Zoom application. Machineries are physical necessities or items needed in the production process such as PC / laptop, microphone, stabilizer, audio and video editing software, and application of design and presentation.stabilizer, software editing audio and video, and application of design and presentation. 
   
   
   
4. Content Outline covers topics in podcasts, as well as webinars. The topics raised in the podcast are not only about communication, but some self-development lessons that affects communication. There are 3 big points in the podcast topic, namely: Effective Communication (black), Personality Development (red), and Career Path (blue). Broadly, the material to be delivered on each topic is described in the image below.

5. Timeline (on progress) is a detailed and structured scheduling of an event. The timeline includes pre-event, during the event and post-event. So far, the timeline has not been discussed again
6. Program Matrix (on progress) is a technical arrangement during the event. this part is not discussed yet. However, I will present an estimate from the matrix program.
   

For the next meeting, which is planned for November 1, 2020, we will discuss the progress of the Timeline and the Matrix Program also mor detail for FB Group. To facilitate more effective discussion, we use Google Drive and Google Spreadsheets. The problem we faced this month is that there are frequent rescheduling of meetings due to several things such as me preparing for mid term examinations, and Ms Dhang that is busy of her field work. So, that we usually held meetings twice a month, but this month, only one meeting was held. Even so, we still communicate with smoothly via WhatsApp.
